These terms apply to the direct website edition of Save Your Texts sold by CPW Studio Co. Google Play purchases are also governed by Google's applicable terms and policies.
One-time personal license
A completed direct-edition purchase grants the purchaser a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Save Your Texts on Android devices the purchaser personally owns or controls. The software is licensed, not sold.
Ownership and prohibited use

The software, website design, written content, graphics, branding, documentation, and original source code are protected works owned by CPW Studio Co. You may not redistribute the installer, publish or resell copies, remove ownership notices, bypass purchase controls, or create a competing derivative product except where applicable law expressly permits an activity.
Payment and delivery
The displayed price is charged once in U.S. dollars. Stripe processes payment. After a successful payment, the purchase confirmation page provides access to the official Android installer. Keep the Stripe receipt so support can help with a later re-download.
Compatibility
The direct edition requires Android 8.0 or newer and supports standard SMS/MMS that the device makes available through Android's system message database. RCS-only content may be unavailable. Google Voice and voicemail backup are not included in this release.
Refund and cancellation procedure
You can cancel before Stripe confirms payment. For a completed direct purchase, contact support@saveyourtexts.com within 14 days with the Stripe receipt email, purchase date, and a brief description of the issue. CPW Studio Co will review the request, provide troubleshooting when useful, and issue refunds where required by applicable law or when an unresolved technical problem prevents normal use. Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Processing time is controlled by the payment provider and bank.
No legal advice or admissibility guarantee
Save Your Texts organizes user-selected records. It does not provide legal advice, authenticate the truth of message content, or guarantee acceptance by a court, agency, attorney, or other organization. Preserve original devices and source records.
Updates and availability
Direct-edition updates are delivered through the official website and may require manual installation. CPW Studio Co may change or discontinue future availability, but that does not transfer ownership of the software or permit redistribution.
